Germany’s industrial base is under pressure, and the ability of the Mittelstand to adapt will be crucial for the country’s future competitiveness.
On 20 February 2025, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Lars P. Feld, Director of the Walter Eucken Institute and Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Freiburg will deliver an impulse on the topic “Out of the Industrial Weakness – Financing as the Key to the Renewal of German SMEs“.
Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to engage with the speaker on how innovative financing instruments and a stable policy framework can support sustainable investment, productivity gains, and long‑term renewal in the SME sector.
The event will take place from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Goldman Sachs, Marienturm, Frankfurt. A light networking lunch will be generously provided by Goldman Sachs.
